Theses for a New Vision of Europe

“A free, autonomous, and sovereign Europe is an inclusive community of states, citizens, and nations, united by shared values, interests, and responsible solidarity. Europe will lead the world in quality of life, valuation of human capital, sustainable development, and democracy. Europe will be a safe, just, and free society where individual human rights are balanced with the public interest. As a technologically and economically competitive force, Europe will foster innovation, creativity, and sustainable economic growth.”

A free Europe, autonomous, and sovereign Europe will be an inclusive community of all European states, citizens, and nations, connected based on their decision on the level of integration and the corresponding benefits and obligations. Europe will be among the world’s leading forces and will develop and enforce its ethical, technical, environmental, and social standards as its competitive advantage.

Neither our country nor the Community of European states will continue to be a testing ground for the enforcement of American or any other non-European interests, especially in security, technological and economic development, international relations, and, notably, European culture, communications, and information management.”

The EU lacks adequate leadership and has, not just recently, been entirely subordinated to the USA. The colonial, often servile relationship of the EU towards the USA and their influence in Europe is evident in all key areas and across all EU member states:

  • Language: English is the language of science, new technology, entertainment, and even everyday conversation in Europe.
  • Culture: Many cultural ideas and behavioral patterns originate from the USA and are imposed, among other things, through entertainment audio and video content.
  • Information, communication, and media: Anglo-Saxon sources predominantly control these areas in terms of interests, content, and technology. In key aspects, this amounts to economic manipulation, while strategically important topics are often shaped within intelligence circles and other secret services, such as the CIA. These strategically significant topics are then dutifully echoed by the “independent public media” of the EU, contributing to the manipulation of Europeans. In politics, this manifests as war hysteria, double standards, and the lack of sanctions for lies. In the economic sphere, manipulation leads Europeans to consume and enjoy American entertainment in enormous quantities—from Netflix and Hollywood studio products to other entertainment content and video games—fundamentally eroding European culture. Psychological manipulation is becoming the greatest social challenge for humanity, surpassing issues like social inequality and ecology, as it traps people in a vicious cycle of psychological servitude, with individuals and corporations tied to information and communication technologies and centers of capital and political power from countries with values unacceptable to us. Artificial intelligence will only exacerbate this issue.
  • Financial system: The USA dominates international financial institutions and uses them to advance its interests. The capital market system and other aspects of EU financial policy are closely intertwined with US interests.
  • Technology: All major operating systems, platforms, and app stores used in Europe are owned by American or partially Chinese companies. The same now clearly applies to artificial intelligence and other strategically important fields.
  • Energy: Europe is increasingly tying itself to and purchasing energy from the USA.
  • Politics: Leading European parties, as well as most traditional national political parties and leaders, clearly operate under the dictate and lobbying of American interests, even where this is not immediately apparent. Any opposition to this approach is labeled as pro-Putin propaganda. Manipulation has reached such a level that even “independent media” become mouthpieces for foreign interests and are accepted as a given.
  • Defense: The USA is the de facto leading force in NATO, with numerous American military bases and presence in Europe. Now, the USA demands not only that Europe buy more American weapons and allocate 5% of GDP to “defense” instead of social and healthcare systems but also that Europe provide manpower to advance American interests against China.

The inadequate stance that national and European politics allow towards the USA is a result of systematic psychological violence through the control of information and media, as well as systemic corruption, evident in the appointment of individuals to key international positions or other benefits for politicians who have demonstrated an appropriate level of servility to American interests and Anglo-Saxon values. This has been enabled by the USA’s position as the leading global power at all levels. With the emergence of a multipolar world and the development of democracy in Europe, we will prevent this in the future and ensure the autonomy and sovereignty of Europe.

Europe, its states, and citizens have the opportunity, at a time when it has become clear that the established policies of Brussels (national and European quasi-elites) are leading the EU and Europe into economic, security, and moral decline and complete subordination to Anglo-Saxon interests, to restructure the existing EU community towards promoting the common benefits and interests of all European citizens and states. The first step was the UK’s exit from the EU, which was the strongest promoter of American interests and values within the EU. More decisive steps must follow towards a multi-level connection of Europe as a whole and the establishment of an autonomous policy, especially in the areas of security, economy, and information and communication. Even if a stronger national note temporarily emerges in European politics, this is better than continuing to support foreign interests and allowing our own decline. At the same time, it is essential to immediately ensure a decisive direct influence of European citizens from core member states on co-decision-making in Europe and at the national level. For the long-term stability and competitiveness of Europe, we must connect all European states at multiple levels, including, in addition to the Balkan states, Turkey, Russia, the United Kingdom, and the Caucasus states, in line with common interests and based on the compatibility of values and social subsystems.

Europe will lead the world in friendliness towards its citizens and the valuation of human capital. Europe will offer its citizens not only the best access and quality of education, healthcare services, and housing options but, above all, the strongest motivation for expressing and realizing their creativity. Intellectual capital will become at least equal to financial capital and will be systematically integrated into a modern socioeconomic system. Thus, Europe will be a technologically and economically competitive force, promoting innovation, creativity, and sustainable economic growth in all key areas, with the benefits primarily going to those who create added value. Friendliness towards citizens will also be ensured by a system of responsible solidarity, not charity or an irresponsible attitude towards fellow human beings and the exploitation of those who create value for others.

Europe will not allow financial capital created through speculation or manipulation to flourish and be used to influence political or economic decisions, undermining the creation of value through intellectual capital that generates added value for users. Europe will no longer inefficiently and unsuccessfully distribute taxpayers’ money through poor projects and an ineffective system of resource allocation. The existing systems for financing strategic activities will be further developed in terms of content and organization.

A democratic Europe of citizens, a Europe of connected nations and states, a Europe of shared fundamental values, interests, security policy, responsible solidarity, social welfare, and ecological sustainability, technical, ethical, and social standards will be based on representative democracy with elements of direct democracy in vital areas of operation and at all levels. European citizens will not be hostages of party politics and the partial interests of quasi-elites, neither at the national nor at the European level. Europe will not be a unitary bureaucratic community, and European institutions will not manage areas that are not in the clearly expressed common interest of European citizens and nations. The economic interests of large corporations and other partial interests will not have the opportunity to prevail over the public interest of European citizens.

Security in Europe across all areas—economic, military, environmental, and social—will be based on European culture and communication principles, with an autonomous, active, and balanced international policy. Europe will not support international conflicts or impose political, economic, and cultural rules on other communities and states.

Human rights and the rights of minorities in Europe will be guaranteed to all, proportionate and balanced with the public interest, applicable to the interests of individuals and minorities, such as national minorities, LGBT communities, religious groups, legal migrants, feminist groups, and others. The freedom of minorities and individuals will thus be guaranteed but will not prevail over public interests and the moral and cultural principles of the majority of citizens. A balance will be ensured between the interests of individuals and the public interest. Europe will actively prevent illegal migration and prevent the dominance of partial interests over the public interest.

Europe will be an efficient community of states and optimally regulated for the coordination and realization of the common interests of the citizens of its states.
